Cancellation & Refunds
Purchases made through the online store at www.pregymatic.com or orders placed via social media channels or phone calls cannot be returned once purchased. However, we do offer full replacements for products that may have been damaged during transit. Replacement orders are promptly processed once our customer support team verifies the damage through email or phone communication. Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of the management.
Please allow 7 to 8 working days for all refunds to be processed back to the customer’s original payment source.
