General Shipping Guidelines

Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be processed for dispatch within 48 hours and delivered to you within a timeframe of 4 to 7 working days.

If an order is placed on a late weekend, specifically on Saturday after 12:00 pm, it will automatically be scheduled for dispatch on the following Monday or the next available working day. Please note that courier services and pickups are not available on Sundays or during government holidays, leading to restricted dispatch timelines. This limitation is imposed due to the limited shelf life of our products.

During festival months, there may be delays in the dispatch and delivery of orders compared to our usual timelines. This can be attributed to various factors such as stock shortages and an increased volume of shipments for delivery.

It is essential that shipping details provided during the booking process are accurate. Any delivery delays resulting from incorrect details will be the sole responsibility of the customers.

In the event of tampering, damage, or any suspicious mishandling of the parcel before final delivery, we recommend either refusing to accept the order or, if accepted, noting the necessary remarks on the Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing for the parcel. Additionally, it is advisable to create a video and document the unboxing of the parcel in any of the aforementioned circumstances. This will enable us to take the necessary actions against the shipping partner involved.
